The Holy Transfiguration. To the left of Jesus is Elias the Prophet who represents all the Prophets and to the right is Moses holding the tablets representing the Law. Both the Law and the Prophets in the Old Testament prophesy about Jesus' Passion. The three apostles are John, Peter and James the brother of John.
