A. G. FULOP & ASSOCIATES was established to provide tax services to Individuals, Corporations, Partnerships and other entities, such as Trusts, Estates, Charitable and Non-profit organizations. The services offered include, Tax Consulting, Tax Research and Corporate Tax Planning.
In the area of International Taxation, in addition to the compliance function, the firm conducts reviews for clients concerned with the tax consequences arising from Transfer Pricing and cross-border type transaction.
Other professional services include review of tax assessments issued to clients, render an opinion as to their validity and represent clients with the Taxing Authorities at the audit, post audit and the appeal stage.
In undertaking reviews for clients to determine eligibility of projects for Scientific Research and Experimental Development tax credits, (SR&ED), the firm calls upon the expertise of its associates specializing in the particular field of engineering such as mechanical, electrical, chemical and computer sciences.
